Lifetime Member Application

Thank you for applying for lifetime membership. The long-standing member is the life and blood for our organization. Thank you for the years of attendance, your time of volunteering and serving, the presentations given, the invitations extended and the sponsorships you have facilitated. Thank you for your gray hair and your embracing smile. Thank you for pioneering the path and inviting us to participate and providing us the opportunity to also lead.

The lifetime member will be awarded:

·       A Lifetime membership at no cost.

·       A discounted price to attend the meetings based on a cost of the food +10%.

 The application below serves to:

·       Provide Background for the Award: With the narrative you provide, it will allow the EPG Board to present your lifetime membership award to the group and honor you in the best way possible.

·       Provide a Standard: While officially presenting the award at one of our meetings, the history of your involvement and the impact you have had on the organization serves to set the standard for our new members who will one day want to apply for a lifetime membership.
